Meet Maddison Shaver
Registered Psychotherapist #11632
Are you feeling disconnected from the world, others or even yourself? Sometimes the experiences we face in life can leave us feeling isolated and stuck in patterns that lead to anxiety, depression and hinder our overall life satisfaction. I work with clients from a variety of unique experiences such as (but not limited to) neurodiversity, past trauma, or a history of sexual abuse. My goal is to work collaboratively with individuals to rebuild trust in themselves, others, and the world which then allows for renewed connection, reduced symptoms, and improved overall wellness.
I take a trauma-informed, person centered and solution focused approach. I am a highly sensitive, intensely curious, and nonjudgmental therapist. I rely on honesty even when that means sharing uncomfortable truths and love to utilize humor. I invite individuals into a deep therapeutic relationship where we can explore all parts of the self.
If you are ready to dive deeper, gain new perspectives and rebuild trust in yourself, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consult to see if we are a good match. Beginning therapy takes bravery and I am eager to support you on that journey.
